Our Policies

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

We totally get that life doesn’t always go to plan and may result in the need to cancel your appointment. In the event of this happening, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance this policy enables us to offer otherwise unavailable times to other clients with enough notice. 


All appointments require a credit card at the time of booking and the following charges will apply:

Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation will result in 50% charge of your initial booking cost.

No shows are required to pay 100% of the initial booking service cost.

If you are more than 15 mins late for the start of your appointment you will be marked as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

Preferred communication:
Changes to your appointment must be made via our dedicated salon phone number.

Messages via social media or stylists personal numbers may not be seen and may result in your forfeiting your deposit
